• Firebase Authentication — account sign-in and identity
• PostgreSQL (self-hosted via Railway) — profile data, saved conditions, claim progress, and Accelerator intake records
• Stripe — payments and subscription management
• PostHog — product analytics (anonymized where possible) to understand which features are useful
• Loom and our email provider — used to deliver Claim Accelerator video reviews and PDF summaries

6. Claim Accelerator Data

When you purchase the Claim Accelerator, you submit an intake form that may include service history, current rating, conditions, evidence notes, and C&P details. We use this data only to:

• Prepare your personalized educational review (Loom video and PDF)
• Deliver the review to you by email
• Keep a record so you can re-access your deliverable and request follow-up clarifications

You may request deletion of your intake data and delivery artifacts at any time by emailing privacy@vetrify.ai. We will process the request within 30 days and confirm by email.
