• Health Information: Information about medical conditions related to VA disability claims
• Account Information: Login credentials and account preferences
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our services
• Calculator Email Information: If you ask us to email a calculator result, we collect the email address, calculator inputs and estimate, a calculator session identifier, available referral or campaign information, and your separate marketing consent choice
• Device Information: Browser type, IP address, and device identifiers

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve our VA disability claims assistance services
• Personalize your experience and provide relevant recommendations
• Communicate with you about your account and our services
• Send a calculator result when you request it and keep a record of that request
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Analyze usage patterns to enhance our platform
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Third parties who help us operate our platform
• VSO Partners: VA-accredited representatives if you request their assistance
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Sub-processors and Tools We Use

We rely on a small set of third-party providers to run Vetrify. These providers process data to operate, measure, and deliver the service:

• Firebase Authentication — account sign-in and identity
• PostgreSQL (self-hosted via Railway) — profile data, saved conditions, claim progress, Accelerator intake, and calculator result-email records
• Stripe — payments and subscription management
• PostHog and Google Analytics — product and site analytics (anonymized where possible) to understand which features are useful
• Resend — transactional email delivery, including account, calculator result, and Claim Accelerator emails
• Loom — used to deliver Claim Accelerator video reviews

6. Calculator Result Emails

Our public calculators show their full estimates without requiring an account or email address. If you choose to email yourself a result, we store the submitted email address, calculator inputs, estimate and breakdown, calculator session identifier, available referral or campaign information, consent choice, and submission time. We use this information to deliver the requested email and maintain an operational record of the request. We provide the destination address and result-email content to Resend for delivery.

A calculator result email is a transactional message and does not enroll you in marketing. We may send occasional Vetrify updates only if you separately select the optional marketing checkbox. The checkbox is not selected by default, and you can opt out of marketing later.

7. Claim Accelerator Data

When you purchase the Claim Accelerator, you submit an intake form that may include service history, current rating, conditions, evidence notes, and C&P details. We use this data only to:

• Prepare your personalized educational review (Loom video and PDF)
• Deliver the review to you by email
• Keep a record so you can re-access your deliverable and request follow-up clarifications

You may request deletion of your intake data and delivery artifacts at any time by emailing privacy@vetrify.ai. We will process the request within 30 days and confirm by email.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption, secure data storage, and access controls. For more details, please see our Data Security page.

You have the right to:

• Access and receive a copy of your personal data
