Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vetrify ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use of Service

Vetrify provides informational tools to help veterans understand and manage their VA disability claims process. Our services include:

• Educational VA disability rating estimation
• Condition matching based on Military Occupational Specialty (MOS)
• Educational resources about the VA claims process
• Paid tiers with additional educational content, evidence organization, and preparation tools

Vetrify does not prepare, present, or prosecute VA claims on behalf of veterans. Only VA-accredited representatives (VSOs, attorneys, and claims agents under 38 CFR § 14.629) may lawfully do so.

3. Disclaimer

Vetrify is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and is not a VA-accredited representative. We do not provide legal or medical advice. Our rating estimates are for educational purposes only and do not guarantee VA benefit approval. Results may vary based on individual circumstances.

For help preparing, presenting, or prosecuting a VA claim — or for representation before the VA — work with a VA-accredited VSO, attorney, or claims agent, or file directly with the VA.

4. Account Terms

Creating an account is required to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Authentication is provided through Firebase Authentication. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

5. Payment Terms

Paid tiers and the Claim Accelerator are billed through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the stated amount in U.S. dollars. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.

• One-time purchases: Billed once at checkout. Lifetime access applies to the purchased tier.
• Subscriptions: Renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account.
• Refunds: Standard refund windows are described per product. See Section 6 for Accelerator-specific refund terms.

6. Claim Accelerator

The Claim Accelerator is a paid educational review. You complete an intake form describing your service history, conditions, and evidence; a human reviewer prepares a personalized educational deliverable.

What you receive

• A 10–15 minute Loom video walking through your rating estimate, secondary conditions worth researching, an evidence checklist, C&P preparation highlights, and a suggested filing order
• A PDF summary of the above, delivered via email
• Delivery SLA: within 48 hours of a complete intake submission and successful payment (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays)

Refund policy

• Full refund if you request one before we begin reviewer work.
• Full refund if we miss the 48-hour delivery SLA and cannot deliver within 72 hours.
• No refund once the Loom and PDF have been delivered, except where required by law. See the rubric for complete terms.

What the Accelerator is not

The Accelerator is an educational product. It does not create an attorney-client relationship, a fiduciary relationship, or any form of professional representation.

• No attorney-client relationship. Purchasing or using the Accelerator does not make Vetrify your attorney. We do not provide legal advice. Communications are not protected by attorney-client privilege.
• Not a VA-accredited claims agent, attorney, or VSO. Vetrify is not accredited under 38 CFR § 14.629 and cannot prepare, present, or prosecute a VA claim on your behalf. For representation before the VA, work with an accredited VSO, attorney, or claims agent, or file directly with the VA.
• No guaranteed outcome. Ratings, approvals, and compensation are determined solely by the VA. Our estimates are educational and may differ from the VA's decision.

7. Data Handling for the Accelerator

Information you provide in the Accelerator intake form (service history, conditions, evidence notes, C&P details) is stored solely for the purpose of preparing and delivering your review.

• Intake data is stored in our PostgreSQL database, and delivery artifacts (Loom link, PDF) are retained so you can re-download them.
• We do not sell your intake data or share it with third parties except the sub-processors needed to deliver the service (e.g., Stripe for payment, Loom for video hosting, our email provider).
• You may request deletion of your intake data and delivery artifacts at any time by emailing privacy@vetrify.ai. We will process the request within 30 days.

8. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the site and informs users of our data collection practices.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Vetrify or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vetrify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing any formal claim, please contact us at legal@vetrify.ai so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Any unresolved disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
