Our advertising standards
- Accredited only. We only accept advertising from professionals on VA's current accreditation rolls and from VA-recognized organizations. No unaccredited claims consultants, ever, at any price.
- Always labeled. Paid placements are marked "Featured · Sponsored" and visually separated from the directory.
- Organic results are never for sale. Payment never changes the order or content of the directory itself, which comes straight from official VA data.
What we don't sell
Worth stating plainly, because some of it is sold elsewhere in this market:
- Rankings, in the directory or in search. Payment never changes the order of the directory, and it never makes a page eligible to be indexed. A profile page becomes indexable only when the professional claims and completes it, which costs nothing.
- Outcomes. No rating, approval, or result on a veteran's claim is ever promised, by us or on your behalf. A featured card is a paid placement, not a recommendation or an endorsement.
- Leads or veteran data. We do not sell veteran contact details and we do not route inquiries to advertisers. Your reporting shows impressions and clicks on your own card; it never shows a veteran.
- Per-case or percentage fees. Advertising is a flat monthly rate, never a share of a fee or of a veteran's back pay. That is what keeps a featured listing clear of the attorney fee-splitting rules.
