Both testes removed (schedule row: "Both"). Under the code's Note, where one testis was removed as the result of a service-incurred injury or disease — other than an undescended or congenitally undeveloped testis — and the other testis is absent or nonfunctioning for reasons unrelated to service, an evaluation of 30 percent is assigned for the service-connected testicular loss.
Monthly compensation amounts for Testis, removal rated at 30%. Dependent additions apply at 30% and above.
