Recurrent dislocation with frequent episodes and guarding of all arm movements - minor (non-dominant) extremity; recurrent dislocation with infrequent episodes and guarding of movement only at shoulder level (flexion and/or abduction at 90°) - either extremity; malunion with marked deformity - minor (non-dominant) extremity; or malunion with moderate deformity - either extremity.
Monthly compensation amounts for Humerus, Other Impairment rated at 20%. Dependent additions apply at 30% and above.
